You remain solely responsible for the final content of any report generated using Kairos tools.

3. User Content

Any data you upload or feedback you provide remains your property.
By submitting feedback, you grant Kairos a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use that feedback to improve the platform.

4. No Medical Advice

Kairos provides AI-assisted draft generation to support veterinary radiologists.
Kairos does not make medical decisions.
You are responsible for verifying all report content and making clinical judgments.

5. Limitation of Liability

Kairos is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

6. Modifications

We may update these Terms periodically. We will notify users of significant changes.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada.
